Bayta carries the meaning of “house” in ancient Arabic and Hebrew. Our house offers a one-of-a kind sensory journey to sate the appetite of gourmets, combining Mediterranean inspiration on the plates and well-sourced natural wines in the glass. Its roots are to be found in the broad and diverse culture surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. Products are sustainable, traceable or organic, fresh from the market and prepared on the day.

BAYTA is the brainchild of the co-founders at La Cabane, pioneers of natural wine in Hong Kong with an authentic French bistro founded in 2012 called La Cabane Wine Bistro.
Before that, La Cabane Group Ltd was established in 2010 with a unique focus on natural and biodynamic wines from France, New World and the rest of the world, sourced directly from individual wine makers, and distributed to restaurant and hotels partners.
La Cabane also runs a cellar for its loyal and regular natural wine lover clientele.
